In 2012, Year 6-10 students who are part of the regional NRM Education Youth Forum clusters can nominate to join the YEC.  Alternatively, students can apply through application. Spaces are limited. Applications are now open and must be submitted by 5pm 7th March 2012.   

As a YEC member you will be expected to:

• get parental permission
• get approval from Principal and teacher to attend
• be able to travel to camps, workshops and forums
• actively participate in discussions, activities and workshops
• able to keep in contact through e-mail, social networking and organised events
• willing to represent your forum group, school and the state in a responsible manner
• share your new YEC skills and knowledge with your regional cluster groups.
