Our projects are :

1. Buddy with younger students on activities at our wetlands, so they can understand the wetlands and be involved in its development. These activities include scooping for macro invertebrates and identifying them, bird audits and water sampling.

So far we have taken younger students to the wetlands to identify macros, and involved them when we invited the Fire Brigade to put our bird boxes in the wetlands trees.

2. Operation Green to landscape a new yard area to make it a more inviting environment for students.

So far we have developed a design and discussed it with our Principal. We are investigating designing a mural, suitable plants to hide the car park and flexible seating.
