2019 Program

TERM 1
Week 10: Monday 1 April
Mentor Training Day (YEC Mentors only), Morialta Conservation Park

An opportunity for Mentors to develop mentoring and facilitation skills and assist with YEC event planning. 

TERM 2
Week 2: Thursday 9 May
Welcome Forum, Adelaide Botanic Garden (9.30am-2.30pm)

An opportunity for like minded students across the state to share, learn and be inspired about sustainability.

Week 5: Monday 27  - Wednesday 29 May
Two night Leadership Camp, Arbury Park Outdoor School
  • Join in fun team building exercises and activities to develop your leadership skills.
  • Develop skills and knowledge on environmental and sustainability themes and ways to take action.
  • Work with other like-minded students to research areas of interest and develop a plan of action.

TERM 4
Week 2: Thursday 24 October
YEC Sharing and Celebration Forum, Cleland Wildlife Park (9.30am-2.30pm).

Share your environmental achievements for 2019, put your skills into practice, celebrate achievements, and take some actions as a group.

Online discussion forum: to be used throughout the year from the first event to the last event.
